The MedicAlert® Loyalty Programme has been set up to help raise awareness of our service and increase membership by rewarding you for any new members that you recommend. As someone who already enjoys the peace of mind our service offers, we would like you to encourage any friends or family to join who could also benefit from becoming a member of MedicAlert®.

There are three rewards that you can aim for depending on the number of new members you recommend.

Bronze - for 5 new members you will receive a gold-plated lapel pin and a leather wallet

Silver - for 10 new members you will receive a silver or gold-plated Emblem of your choice.

Gold - for 20 new members you will receive a 9ct gold Emblem of your choice

In order to qualify for the rewards associated with the Loyalty Programme, you firstly need to register for the scheme by contacting our Membership Services department on 020 7833 3034 or e-mail membership@medicalert.org.uk

You will be allocated your unique reference number and be provided with a quantity of application forms for you to pass on to your friends or family who would like to join our life-saving system. Once you have reached the required number of new members for your chosen reward, you can make your claim.
